Okay let's just get this out of the way upfront. The name of the school this girl attended was "LICKING VALLEY." That's not a typo. There is an actual place called Licking County, and a real school called Licking Valley High. You have got to be shitting me.

I don't know what's worse, the fact they want to register this girl as a sex offender for taking pictures of minors, when the minor is herself. Or the fact that someone had the brilliant idea to name a county Licking County, name the local high school Licking VALLEY of all things and expect not to create a teenage slut factory.

Honestly it just sounds like a bad (or arguably really good) porno script. How can these people show up to school and work every day with a straight face. Look at how ridiculous this looks.

That is a real screen shot from their high school band website, which oddly enough has the URL www.panthermusic.net. I wonder how many incorrect google searches it took for them to realize they probably shouldn't name it LickingValleyChoir.com

But wait there's more.

On this official Licking Valley Local School District page it has a list of "Six Strategic Planning Goals," and number three reads:

Goal 3 - The Licking Valley Local School District will ensure that all students and staff are able to utilize technology in an effective manner.

Well I think it's safe to say we can consider technology officially utilized by the students.
